Saint Louis Park Recreational Sports--Soccer

St. Louis Park offers a wide variety of parks and recreation programming for people of all ages. This includes adult athletic leagues, youth programs and seasonal activities. Lace up your cleats to play on the stadium field! This is a seven-week officiated co-rec league. Call 952.924.2538 for a registration packet.

Minneapolis Parks and Recreation--Soccer

Minneapolis adult sports occur at a variety of facilities around the city throughout the year, with several levels of competition to choose from. Play is either 6-on-6 or 11-on-11 and seasons are 7 games long.

Plymouth Adult Sports Leagues--Soccer

Playing league sports is a great way to stay in shape and socialize. Gather a team and join a league through Plymouth Parks and Recreation, with a variety of leagues offered year-round. Plymouth Park & Recreation is offering a men’s indoor officiated soccer league. Teams will play 6 vs 6 plus a goalie. All games consist of two 25-minute halves.

Soccer Blast

Soccer Blast offers indoor boarded 6v6 AND NonBoarded 8v8leagues for spring-summer-fall play! Keep in shape with the fast paced, action filled boarded game!! Rosters of 10-11 are recommended, which will give more subs for the faster paced indoor games.

Minnesota Senior Soccer League (MSSL)

The Minnesota Senior Soccer league consists of twelve over 40 teams and twelve over 50 teams.  We play full field 11 v 11 under FIFA rules except slide tackles are not allowed and either team may make unlimited substitutions on the fly. Games are typically played at the National Sports Center in Blaine.

Minnesota Women's Soccer League (MWSL)

The Minnesota Women's Soccer League (MWSL) is a non-profit organization that provides competitive and recreational soccer to women ages 16+ in Minnesota. Formed in 1978, we started with just a few teams, but now we are over 60 teams strong and have grown to be one of the largest women soccer leagues in the Midwest! Our league offers five divisions of play to accommodate all skill levels.

Minnesota Recreational Soccer League (MRSL)

The Minnesota Recreational Soccer League (MRSL) is a men's summer adult soccer league in the Twin Cities. There are about 100 teams and games are played around the Twin Cities on Sunday and Monday nights. The MRSL is governed by the Minnesota Soccer Association (MSA) and its rules and regulations. The MRSL is a non-profit organization that has been in existence for over 30 years.

University of Minnesota Intramural

Intramurals is a great way to engage in friendly competition. RecWell members can compete in individual, partner, or team events in a wide range of sports offered throughout the year. Intramurals are operated by the University of Minnesota IM Leagues. Through IM Leagues you can register for leagues and events, view up-to-date schedules, standings, and get notifications.

AHA Stardome Soccer

The Academy of Holy Angels Stardome hosts both Men's recreational and competitive soccer leagues, played 7v7 on half fields. Games are held at 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. weekdays in the winter.

Minnesota Amateur Soccer League (MASL)

The MASL is a highly competitive men's soccer league based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area and caters 40 to 50 teams that compete at different levels within the league based on a promotion and relegation process. The different levels, from highest to lowest, include Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, and Division 4.

Cities Sports Connection (CSC)--Soccer

CSC Soccer Teams consist of 7x7 (3M/3W + keeper) people on the field at all times. We recommend rosters of 12+ people per team. League fees (include tax) as well as all facility costs, officials for all league matches, league equipment, an FULL SEASON OF LEAGUE MATCHES (Sundays=9mtch, Weeknights=8mtch) for ALL TEAMS (which includes playoffs for the top teams/div), great sponsor bar specials, prizes for winners & more!
